Secret Corner Offers a number of delivery options for our customers to choose from. We have tried and tested numerous delivery options over the years and have found these to be the most popular and most efficient.
All our packages are carefully wrapped and finished with a bow. They are bubble wrapped and then wrapped in paper to keep your items discreet and safe.
Any orders over R900 qualify for our free shipping option. Once you have add enough items into your cart, the free delivery option will be automatically selected.
Courier Options
Delivery to main city centers with courier should take 1 – 2 days to be delivered while Outlying areas may take up to 5 working days depending on the remoteness of your location.
We use a combination of Fastway couriers, Globeflight couriers and the Courier Guy. Each of these couriers deliver your order directly to your door – either at home or your office.
Alternative Delivery Options
If having your package delivered to your door isn’t a suitable option for you then you can choose from one of our alternative delivery options which allow you to go collect from the delivery service counter or your box should you have one.
Post Office
Good old South African Post Office! We have been using this service for many years and have had no issues with this delivery service.
Get your package delivered to your PO Box or nearest post office counter.
PAXI
We can send your Secret Corner Parcel to your Closest PEP store for ease of collection with the Paxi delivery service.
Choose this option and let us know which PEP suits you.
Postnet
Delivery with Postnet should take 2 - 5 working days depending on your location. Parcels sent with Postnet need to be collected from your Postnet branch - either from the Postnet counter or your Postnet Suite.
Based in KZN? You can Pickup from our store!
Near one of our shops and don’t want to pay the extra shipping free? Choose store pickup and select one of our stores to pick up from. It may take a day or two to get your stock together from our warehouse but one of our Secret Corner team members will call and arrange a collection.
Important Delivery Information
Secret Corner delivers to any location within South Africa from Durban, Johannesburg, Cape Town and everywhere in-between. We have Discreet, fast and reliable delivery to all our customers. We have also started delivering to areas throughout Africa. All our packages are completely discreetly wrapped – so you dont need to worry.
Secret Corner will not be responsible for the cost of re-sending your package should it be returned to us in the event that you do not collect your package OR not be available during time of delivery.
Please note that any delays in the delivery time once we have handed the parcel over to the relevant courier is the responsibility of the Courier and not Secret Corner.
