Orders and Shipping
Delivery can take anywhere from 1 – 5 days to be delivered, depending on the shipping type you selected and the area we are delivering to.
Most main city deliveries like Durban, Pretoria, Johannesburg and Cape Town take 1-3 days.

Simply click on the ‘My Account’ button on the top tight hand side of your screen and follow the prompts. If you have troubles call or whatsapp us and we will gladly assist.
As soon as your order is shipped we will update you with a tracking number, courier information and tracking link. You will be able to track your order with either of the courier companies we use.
You can track your order using the couriers online tracking portals or alternatively you can call the courier company and they will be able to assist you.
Secret Corner currently focuses on delivering anywhere and everywhere in South Africa.
We can also ship to Swaziland, Lesotho, Namibia, Mozambique, and Zimbabwe but your delivery price needs to be seperately quoted.
Yes – all your order items will be carefully packaged into 1 discreet parcel.
If for any reason we should ship your order in two packages you will be notified.

Returns and Exchanges
Due to the intimate nature of our products, we unfortunately don’t accept returns unless the item that is delivered is defective, damaged, or if the product supplied is not the same product as what was ordered.

On the rare occasion that you receive the wrong item, please be in Contact with us and we will arrange the item be collected from you and the correct item is shipped.
All Secret Corner orders are carefully bubble wrapped or boxed and then wrapped in paper to ensure the safe transportation and delivery of your products. If your order still somehow gets damaged by the couriers we will gladly replace it for you.
If you need to return an item to us, please Contact Us and we will assist you with all the necessary return information.
