Our Office Hours are Monday to Friday 9am – 5:00pm. We do have an online store that is available for all your shopping desires 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Orders that are placed online after hours are processed the following business day during Office hours and then sent via your selected courier to you. Please note that our couriers also do not deliver over weekends unless you specifically request a special weekend delivery which can at times be arranged.
Our In-store shopping hours are usually 7 days a week but may bary between stores – please visit the page of the relevant store you are looking for for more information – SEE SHOPS

**PLEASE NOTE that following the COVID19 pandemic all orders are handled with the utmost care. Our staff all regularly sanitize their hands and store surfaces. Delivery can take from 1 – 5 days, depending on the shipping type you selected and the area we are delivering to.
Most main city deliveries like Durban, Pretoria, Johannesburg and Cape Town take 1-3 days.

Due to the intimate nature of our products, we unfortunately don’t accept returns unless the item that is delivered is defective, damaged, or if the product supplied is not the same product as what was ordered.

As soon as your order is shipped we will update you with a tracking number, courier information and the couriers tracking link. You will be able to track your order with either of the courier companies we use.
You can track your order using the couriers online tracking portals or alternatively you can call the courier company and they will be able to assist you.
